KSRTC Store Issuer (Storekeeper) PSC Examination

Kerala Public Service Commission has invited applications for Store Issuer Grade 2 in Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC). It is a statewide direct recruitment, and this article explains the duties and responsibilities of a Store Issuer (Storekeeper) in KSRTC. We also discuss the promotion chances, monthly salary, exam date, and syllabus.

1. Educational Qualification For a KSRTC Store Issuer

   Anyone with SSLC can apply for this job. So, I suggest all our students (those with and without a Bachelor's Degree) apply for this job.

2. Age Limit to Apply

   The PSC will accept applications from candidates between 18 and 36 years of age. 39 years is the upper age limit for an OBC candidate. 41 is the upper age limit for SC/ST candidates.

After being appointed as a Store Issuer in KSRTC, you must maintain the record of items in the depots. It is your responsibility to receive items and deliver them from the Depot store.

The procedure to become Store Issuer Gr.II in Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) is below.

1. Log in to the official Kerala PSC website using the link below.

3. Click on Statewide - Direct - General Notifications

4. Look for the KSRTC Store Issuer category number and click Apply.

According to this notification, KSRTC reported four (4) vacancies of Store Issuer Grade 2. The scale of pay per month is 9190-14210 Indian Rupees. Kerala PSC (the Gazette notification number 453/2016) instructed that the rank list based on this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of One year and a maximum of three years. Store Issuer Gr.II in KSRTC is statewide direct recruitment, and the age limit to apply for general category candidates is 18-36 years.

That means candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.1998 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. The minimum qualification to apply for Store Issuer Grade 2 in Kerala State Road Transport Corporation is SSLC or equivalent. The last date of receipt of applications is 01.02.2017 Wednesday.
