   1. Pass in SSLC or its equivalent

   2. • National Trade Certificate awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training in the trade Draftsman (Civil/Mechanical) after the completion of 2 year course or its equivalent

      • OR

      • Kerala Government Certificate Examination in Engineering in Civil/Mechanical issued by Government of Kerala after the completion of two years course or its equivalent.

An Overseer Grade 3 in Kerala Water Authority has a pay scale of 27,200-73,600 Indian Rupees per month. It is the basic pay, and he will get DA, TA, and HRA.
